Description
This short documentary shares the story of the Town of Gibsons Residents Assembly (also known as community or citizens' assemblies) which broke new ground as Canada’s first residents’ assembly completed to shape the development of an Official Community Plan (OCP). This documentary was developed as part of Simon Fraser Universities Renovate the Public Hearing Initiative and was funded by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation's Housing Supply Challenge.
